Ownership of an installation workroom, specializing in the installation of ceramic, marble and stone, a floor covering inspection business, and offering training programs to related industry professionals has assisted me with a thorough understanding of the floor covering industry.  I have found this type of understanding starts at the specification of material, to manufacturing, installation, maintenance and finally end-user’s expectation.

Qualifications
Through ownership of a full-service flooring installation of hard surfaces, a floor covering inspection business, and offering training programs for multi-industry professionals has assisted me with a complete and thorough understanding of the flooring industry.  This understanding starts at the manufacturer (how each element of the flooring is made), to the complete installation process (subfloor to the final flooring product), to designer specifications, and finally with the end-user’s expectations.  Having field experience with my studies in the industry and education enables me to bring you, “real world experience”, more information and a better understanding during training classes.
